In solidarity,
Deja Foxx
At a moment when public services and working families are under attack, Deja is ready to stand up and lead—because for her, it's personal.
Right now, Donald Trump and Elon Musk are attacking the same public services that she and so many others have relied on. This moment calls for more than a politician—our communities deserve a fighter.
Deja isn’t a politician, but she’s no stranger when it comes to fighting for our futures. At age 16, she went toe to toe with Republicans who voted in lockstep with the Trump Administration to defund Planned Parenthood. She’s spent over a decade organizing around economic opportunity, gun violence prevention, and reproductive freedom.
Now, she's running in Arizona's 7th Congressional District to take the fight to Congress and represent a new generation of progressive leaders ready to disrupt on day one.
PAID FOR BY FOXX FOR ARIZONA
I'm pulling for you, Deja! I hope in six months, you and Zorhan Mamdani are leading a movement that spreads across the nation!!
Hi Deja,
I recently watched the Arizona 7th Congressional District debate on PBS/Clean Elections and was inspired to do so after reading the Arizona Mirror article about your campaign. It’s refreshing to see a young, passionate voice like yours stepping up to lead, and you did a strong job of introducing yourself and sharing your background.
That said, I noticed that a few of the debate questions went unanswered. As someone who deeply values thoughtful, solutions-based leadership—especially at such a critical time—I encourage you to focus more on how you plan to make change if elected. Clear messaging around policy goals can really resonate with voters. I often think of how Pete Buttigieg communicates complex issues with clarity and purpose—here’s a great example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifcc8MNY304.
As a baby boomer living in northern Arizona, I truly want to see more young people stepping forward with bold ideas and the energy to shape a better future. I hope you take these comments in the positive spirit they’re intended. You represent an important new generation of leaders, and I’m rooting for your success.
Wishing you all the best on the campaign trail,
Ron Brinkman
